Job Position : Sales Executive

Location : KLCity Bukit Ceylon

Job Description

We are hiring talent Sales Executive based in Bukit Ceylon KL City, professional to join our team in expanding new business opportunities.

Main responsibilities :

Sales

a) Manage existing account provided by Company and increase sales by getting more clients

b) To prepare an quotation, tender documents and related sales proposal.

c) To Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies.

Customer Management

a) Point of contact- Maintaining customer relationship, ensuring all communication is clear, timely, and professional.

b) Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints.

c) Provided feedback on prices info to Sales Coordinator teams

Operation

a) To process sales orders accurately and coordinate with Sales Coordinator

b) Monitor forecast sales monthly / quarterly sales performance

c) To monitor in credit collection and outstanding payment.

d) To prepare Sales report for Management review.

To be successful in this role, you would require : (Job requirements) :

1) SPM, Diploma and above are encouraged to apply for this job position.

2) Minimum 1-3 years working experience in cosmetic field, preferrable with sales or Lab Technician experience.

3) Able communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients will be added advantage.

4) Possess good communication and customer relationship management skills.

5) Responsive, self-motivated, able to work independently, committed and sales driven personality.

6) Possess own car transport (value added) and willing to travel outstation.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay : RM2, RM6,800.00 per month
