Key Responsibilities
- Chemical Analysis & Testing
Perform chemical testing on scheduled waste samples.
Maintain accurate records and ensure lab equipment is calibrated and functional.Research & Development (R&D)Conduct R&D to improve waste treatment processes and explore resource recovery solutions.
Propose and implement innovative technologies and process improvements.Process OptimizationCollaborate with operations to enhance waste treatment efficiency and reduce costs.
Provide technical advice on waste handling, storage, and disposal.Regulatory ComplianceEnsure adherence to environmental regulations and prepare required documentation.
Support audits and inspections by regulatory authorities.Health, Safety & Environment (HSE)Enforce safety protocols in chemical handling and waste management.
Conduct risk assessments and recommend mitigation measures.Training & SupportTrain staff on chemical processes and safety standards.
Provide troubleshooting support for operational issues.Additional TaskAssist Sr. Chemist or teams during their outstation
Assist logistic teams for lorry weighingAny other additional task deleted by Sr. Chemist, HOD and top managementQualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry, Environmental Science, or related field.1–2 years of experience in chemical analysis, R&D, or waste management.Skills and Competencies
