In this role, you will not only optimize processes and support new innovations, but also grow as a technical leader by engaging with cutting-edge methodologies and driving initiatives that enhance both performance and sustainability.

Your key responsibilities in this role will be :

• Analyse existing process and identify area of for improvement, enhance efficiency of process and maximize the output by reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross functional team on new product introduction and process scale up.
• Design and perform process validation and capabilities studies.
• Conduct new process study, new design improve process, process times studies. Monitor and report on process improvement performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve process related issue to minimize downtime and reject.
• Design a rework process if necessary for process related issue.
• Establish control plan, develop and maintain engineering record.
• Providing technical guidance and support to production staff to enhance their skills and productivity.
• Preparing detail report and presentations on engineering performance.
