As a Junior Sales Executive, will be handling company customers and working closely with the Sales team to implement effective sales strategies and achieve targets.

Job Responsibilities

  • Possess a solid understanding of general sale principles and practices.
  • Assist the sales team in the preparation and issuance of accurate and timely quotations for clients.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service orientation by effectively handling inquiries and building long-term client relationships.
  • Organize and maintain quotation records and ensure proper documentation and filing of sales-related paperwork.
  • Manage incoming sales orders and ensure clear and timely communication within the department.
  • Closely monitor ship movements to support order fulfillment and ensure operational efficiency.
  • Work efficiently under pressure and coordinate effectively with Heads of Department from other divisions.
  • Deliver effective sales presentation, supported by sound business acumen and market understanding.
  • Assist in the preparation of monthly sales reports, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.

Work Schedule

8 : 30 AM to 6 : 00 PM (Lunch Break : 1 : 00 PM - 2 : 00 PM)

Monday to Friday

Office (Address is in Bayan Lepas, Penang, Malaysia)

Job Requirements

  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma preferably in Sales or Business Management, or any other equivalent field.
  • Work experience required at least 3 to 5+ years of proven experience in sales and customer service.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain client relationships.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Malay and English.
  • Strong numerical ability with high accuracy in sales-related calculations, pricing strategies, and cost estimations.
  • Have knowledge in Logistics, Forwarding and Transportation.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting and presentation purposes.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team to achieve sales targets.
