Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering Minimum 1 year experience as a Site Engineer or in a similar construction-focused role Strong working knowledge of construction methods, materials, safety regulations and project management Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise effectively with diverse stakeholders Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and technical specifications Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and take initiative when required Familiarity with construction project management software and tools Experience or familiarity with large-scale road construction projects.
This position will be based in Batu 19, Sandakan
What you'll be doing
- Coordinate and supervise construction activities to meet project timelines and quality standards
- Monitor and report on project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
- Ensure construction work complies with engineering designs, building regulations and safety protocols
- Liaise with clients, contractors and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project delivery
- Provide technical guidance and support to the construction team
- Conduct site inspections and testing to validate the quality of work
- Maintain comprehensive project documentation and records
