Computes, records, and proofreads data and other information, such as records or reports;
Completes work schedules, manages calendars, and arranges appointments with stakeholders;
Manages deployment and tracking of staff to provide support on project sites to ensure adequate support is given;
Proficient in coordination between project sites and stakeholders;
Ensures proper document classification, sorting, filing and proper archiving;
Performs document quality check in accordance to organisation’s document control procedures;
Reviews completeness of documentation and prepares document transmittals;
Any other duties as may be assigned.
