Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and implement PLM solutions that meet the specific needs of clients, focusing on software development and integration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, supply chain and services, to ensure PLM solutions align with business goals and technical requirements.
• Arrange detailed implementation plans, including project timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
• Lead the configuration and customization of PLM software to fit business-specific processes and objectives.
• Write clean, efficient code based on best practices and industry standards, focusing on front-end and / or back-end development as needed.
• Perform unit testing and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of the software.
• Integrate PLM solutions with other enterprise systems, such as ERP, CRM, and SCM, to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability. Provide technical support and training to clients to ensure successful adoption and usage of the PLM solutions and systems.
• Stay current with the latest PLM technologies, software development methodologies, and industry trends to continuously improve solution offerings.
• Document all development processes, system configurations, and custom code for future reference and maintenance.
