Linux System Admin

Overview

Responsible for the online deployment, daily operation and maintenance of various application services. Responsible for daily monitoring and maintenance of the business system, handle faults in a timely manner and write fault reports to ensure the normal operation of the business system. Manage operating and emergency response activities. Ensure safe operation and maintenance of the system, system recovery, backup, and storage of related data. Assist in the formulation and improvement of deployment and maintenance processes to improve the quality of service operations. Responsible for the operation and maintenance management of development and test environment servers, databases, web and other services. Establish and optimize the operation and maintenance monitoring system, including simple webpage modifications and adding statistics where applicable.

Job Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least Bachelor\'s Degree / Post Graduate Diploma / Professional Certification, or equivalent; Master\'s Degree in Engineering (Computer / Telecommunication), Computer Science / Information Technology.
• Preferably specialized in IT / Computer - Network / System / Database Admin or equivalent.
• Familiar with Linux and Microsoft operating systems; able to write in shell and Python scripts.
• Proficient in building LNMP architecture; able to configure Nginx configuration files.
• Familiar with CDN and DNS principles, TCP / IP protocol; able to handle network failures.
• Willing to work with rotational shift (24 / 7); night shift availability is mandatory.
