Job Responsibilities

Drive BMW vehicle sales by achieving monthly and quarterly targets

Build strong relationships with customers, from first contact to vehicle delivery and after-sales follow-ups

Conduct professional vehicle presentations and test drives, highlighting product features and advantages

Identify and develop new sales opportunities through proactive outreach and lead follow-up

Maintain showroom standards and attend to walk-in customers

Ensure timely documentation, vehicle readiness, and a premium handover experience

Stay informed on BMW models, competitor products, and industry trends to deliver expert consultations

Collaborate with marketing and participate in weekend events, campaigns, and promotions

Support outlet operations and contribute to a cohesive team environment

Job Requirements

to join our high-performing team.

Minimum 2 years of proven sales experience, preferably in the luxury / airlines / automotive industry

Diploma or Degree in any field

Strong communication and presentation skills (multilingual is a plus but not mandatory)

Tech-savvy with a working knowledge of social media marketing and digital tools

Self-driven, reliable, and resourceful with a customer-first mindset

Willing to work on weekends and public holidays as part of a rotating schedule

Possess own transport and a valid driving license

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel & Outlook)

Positive attitude, team player, and eager to learn and grow
