Job Description

Work Location : IOI City, Putrajaya

Work Arrangement : Fully onsite, Monday to Friday (5 days a week)

Experience : Minimum 4 years of hands-on experience as a Java Developer , with exposure to both Waterfall and Agile methodologies. Strong understanding of development processes including testing, code quality, and system design. Experience in a technical leadership capacity within a project is a plus.

Main Responsibilities

• Support business operations by configuring systems or developing new features within Java applications
• Monitor application performance and ensure high responsiveness and reliability
• Analyze and resolve production issues, provide root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures
• Contribute to maintaining and improving code quality, with a focus on test automation
• Stay updated with technology trends and propose solutions that enhance productivity and business efficiency
• Maintain comprehensive documentation for development and production support processes

Academic Requirements

Preferred Industry Background : Experience in the Finance, Banking, or Insurance sectors is highly desirable. Prior exposure to production support and interaction with business users is an added advantage.
