Job Responsibility

This is a full-time on-site role as an Operations Executive at GKash Sdn Bhd located in WP Kuala Lumpur. The Operations Executive will be responsible for day-to-day operations management, ensuring smooth operational processes, analyzing operational performance, and maintaining effective communication between teams.

Assist the operation manager in screening new merchant applications;
Assist operation manager to follow up with merchants from the start until new merchants are on board;
End to end application delivery responsibility of merchant application integration projects;
Prepare the system requirement and specification;
Ensure supportability and maintainability of payment systems with effective documentation.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, communications, or related field

1-2 years of professional experience in an office environment handling operations; fresh graduates may apply

Good if have the financial or banking industry experience

Proven good command of written and verbal communication skills

Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, with an aptitude for learning new software

Ability to work independently and as part of a team
