The British international School Kuala Lumpur is looking to recruit a KS2 Class Teacher to drive excellent teaching and learning in the Primary School

The role :

As a KS2 Class Teacher, you will :

Plan and deliver engaging, challenging, and creative lessons across the KS2 curriculum that inspire children to achieve their best.

Create a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment where every child feels valued and supported.

Use a range of assessment strategies to track progress, provide feedback, and inform next steps in learning.

Work closely with your year group team and assistant teachers to share best practice, plan collaboratively, and support consistency across classes.

Build strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, fostering open communication and partnership.

Contribute to the wider life of the school, including assemblies, trips, performances, and events that enrich our children’s experience.

Support the ethos, values, and vision of the school, modelling them in your teaching and interactions.

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Primary Class Teacher with a passion for teaching and learning, strong classroom practice, and the ability to inspire, engage, and support all students to achieve their potential.

Keen to collaborate and share your specialist expertise , you will be a fitting ambassador for the school. You will communicate with confidence across diverse audiences and situations, using your expertise to build strong relationships with parents and students. You will be able to adapt quickly to our fast-paced international environment as well as meet visa-related restrictions for restrictions for Malaysia.
