Base pay range Responsibilities

Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner Provide product knowledge and introduce the meaning, function, and story behind crystals (training provided) Assist customers in choosing suitable crystal products (bracelets, pendants, accessories, decor items) Handle sales transactions : operate POS system, manage payments (cash, e-wallets, cards) Ensure shop cleanliness, product display, and attractive merchandising Assist in stock arrangement, inventory checking, and replenishment Support TikTok live sessions / basic social media tasks when required Handle customer inquiries (in-store and online) and provide good after-sales service Work together with the team to achieve monthly sales targets Perform any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the shop manager Qualifications
