As an Assistant Strategist, you will support the Marketing Strategist in develop strategies, oversee execution, optimize campaigns for success.
As an Assistant Marketing Strategist , you will support the Marketing Strategist in the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns for our clients. This role is ideal for someone who has foundational experience in marketing and is eager to grow into a more strategic position. You’ll assist in project coordination, campaign planning, research, and performance analysis to ensure the delivery of high-impact marketing initiatives that align with client goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Marketing Strategist in developing marketing strategies by gathering data, conducting market research, and compiling insights.
- Support in identifying target audiences, value propositions, and campaign goals across multiple channels.
- Help create strategy documents, campaign roadmaps, timelines, and planning decks.
Client Coordination
Support in preparing for client meetings, including presentation materials and reporting documentation.Take meeting notes and follow up on key action items with internal teams.Help maintain communication with clients to ensure smooth project execution.Project & Campaign Execution
Coordinate with internal specialist teams (e.g., creative, digital, social media, tech) to support campaign execution.Track timelines and deliverables to ensure tasks are completed on schedule.Help prepare and review briefs for internal teams based on client objectives and strategist input.Reporting & Performance Monitoring
Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing campaign data to assess performance against KPIs.Support the preparation of post-campaign performance reports and insights.Contribute to data-driven recommendations for campaign improvement.Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or any related field.1–2 years of experience in a marketing, coordination, or campaign execution role.Basic understanding of marketing channels and digital campaign planning.Strong written and verbal communication skills.Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Excel / Sheets, or similar.Proficiency in PowerPoint or other presentation tools.Eagerness to learn and grow in strategic thinking and client management.#J-18808-Ljbffr
