Our client "ESNCO LIGHTING MALAYSIA SDN BHD" is seeking a Sales Administrator to join their team

What you'll be doing?

  • Manage Sales Inquiries : Handle customer inquiries professionally, preparing accurate quotations, delivery orders, and invoices to ensure smooth sales processes.
  • Coordinate Deliveries : Work closely with the logistics department to ensure timely deliveries and keep customers informed, enhancing customer satisfaction.
  • Provide After-Sales Support : Assist customers with replacements, repairs, and feedback, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and building long-term relationships.
  • Build Customer Relationships : Maintain regular communication with customers to understand and fulfill their requirements, fostering strong business connections.

Who are they looking for?

  • Language Skills : Fluent in Mandarin (reading and writing) and English, essential for effective communication with diverse clients and colleagues.
  • Educational Background : Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent, providing a solid foundation for the role.
  • Sales Enthusiasm : Passionate about sales and driven to achieve targets, with a positive attitude towards customer service.
  • Transportation : Possess own transportation for work-related travel, ensuring flexibility and reliability.
  • Experience Level : Candidates with no prior experience are welcomed to apply. Those with up to 2 years of B2B sales experience, particularly in the lighting industry, are also encouraged to join our team.
