Talent Acquisition Specialist
1. Overseas Recruitment Strategy & Planning
Develop the annual recruitment plan for the Kuala Lumpur region based on MiLian Group's overseas social networking business strategic objectives in Southeast Asia. Conduct in-depth analysis of the local talent market, competitor recruitment strategies, and industry trends to ensure the effectiveness and foresight of the recruitment strategy.
2. End-to-End Recruitment Process Management
Be responsible for the full-cycle recruitment process for the Kuala Lumpur team (covering core positions in product, technology, operations, and other social networking fields). This includes requirement communication, job posting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, background checks, offer negotiation, and onboarding follow-up, aiming to enhance recruitment efficiency and quality.
Explore and maintain diversified recruitment channels in Kuala Lumpur and Southeast Asia, such as local job platforms, social media (e.g., LinkedIn), tech communities, campus recruitment, and industry summits. Continuously accumulate and manage a local talent pool to ensure talent supply for critical positions.
4. Cross-Cultural Communication & Employer Branding
Actively communicate the company culture and development prospects during the recruitment process to enhance MiLian Group's employer brand image in Southeast Asia. Efficiently coordinate cross-time zone interviews and properly handle challenges that may arise in cross-cultural communication.
5. Recruitment Data Management & Strategy Optimization
Regularly analyze recruitment data (e.g., time-to-fill, cost per hire, candidate conversion rate), evaluate recruitment effectiveness, and continuously optimize recruitment strategies and processes based on data insights.
6. Team Building Support & Business Collaboration
Work closely with business departments and HRBP to deeply understand business needs and team characteristics, providing professional recruitment support and advice to facilitate the rapid building of an efficient and stable Kuala Lumpur team.
