Digital Marketing Executive

About The Role

We are looking for a Senior Digital Marketer who is hungry for growth and thrives in a hands-on, execution-driven role. This person will take full ownership of scaling our online revenues across multiple platforms. You will manage end-to-end digital campaigns, drive profitable growth, and work closely with the founders to push HYGR to the next level. Responsibilities

Media Buying & Paid Performance : Lead, manage, and optimize campaigns on TikTok Shop (GMV max strategy), Shopee Ads (CPAS), and Meta Ads Manager. Execute and scale paid advertising across multiple channels, maximizing ROI and ROAS. Continuously test creatives, funnels, and audiences to improve efficiency and reduce CAC. Digital Marketing Execution : Develop and execute integrated digital campaigns across social media, search, and email marketing. Create engaging, conversion-focused content for online platforms. Ensure brand consistency and storytelling across all touchpoints. E-Commerce Growth : Drive traffic, conversions, and sales across Shopify, Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, and PG Mall. Optimize product listings, promotions, and customer journey experiences. Collaborate with sales, operations, and creative teams to align campaigns with launches and stock flow. Data, Metrics & Insights : Analyze website analytics and user behaviour to identify optimization opportunities. Track funnel metrics : CTR, Add-to-Cart Rate, Initiate Checkout Rate, Conversion Rate. Monitor industry trends and competitor activity. Provide weekly reporting on performance, creative testing, and actionable insights. Build dashboards to monitor KPIs, revenue attribution, and customer acquisition trends. Collaboration & Growth Execution : Work closely with the founders to set growth priorities and execute at speed. Collaborate with the broader marketing team to ensure a cohesive, effective brand presence. Maintain strong cross-team communication across marketing, sales, and operations. Take full accountability for online revenue performance with a proactive, execution-first mindset. Proven experience in media buying on TikTok Shop, Shopee Ads (CPAS), and Meta Ads Manager. Strong track record of scaling e-commerce revenues across multiple platforms. Hands-on experience with Shopify and regional marketplaces (Shopee, TikTok, Lazada, PG Mall). Deep understanding of decision-making funnel metrics (CTR, Add-to-Cart Rate, Initiate Checkout Rate, Conversion Rate). Strong analytical skills with experience in reporting and data-driven decision making. Hungry-for-growth mindset : ambitious, adaptable, and willing to experiment. Hands-on executive behaviour : proactive, accountable, and execution-focused. Excellent cross-team communication and teamwork skills. Ability to own online revenue results with full responsibility. Nice-to-Haves : Experience in FMCG or personal care industry; familiarity with creative testing frameworks and marketing automation tools; knowledge of retention, LTV, and customer lifecycle strategies.
