SMT Supervisor

Job Description :

• Responsible for supervision of SMT & AI daily production in terms of quantity and quality.
• To supervise and lead a team of SMT Production Leader on SMT & AI Machine Operation and material control.
• To ensure meet to machine efficiency and operation in tip-top condition.
• To study & improve machine efficiency for meeting company objective for quality and quantity.
• To achieve daily plan target at acceptable quality levels.

Work Location : Bayan Lepas

Salary Range :

RM1700 – RM2500 (depends on working experience)

Working schedule :

Normal Shift : 08.30am – 17.45pm

Normal Shift OT : 07.00am – 19.00pm

Morning Shift : 07.00am – 19.00pm

Night Shift : 19.00pm – 07.00am

Attendance Bonus :

Full attendance : RM50 (No absent, No Unpaid and No MC)
