Lead Scicom’s digital marketing and growth agenda, driving corporate website strategy, pipeline-generating campaigns, and a culture of data-driven, accountable marketing.
Define and implement the digital marketing vision and roadmap, aligning with Scicom’s strategic goals in Customer Lifecycle Management (CLM), GovTech, AI, and Digital Enterprise Solutions (DES).
Oversee the corporate website, SEO, content management, and localization, ensuring top-tier performance, accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA), and compliance.
Deliver integrated performance marketing campaigns including paid media, ABM, retargeting, lifecycle programs, and CRM-driven initiatives using HubSpot.
Lead analytics, conversion optimization, and experimentation (A / B testing, CRO), leveraging GA4, BI dashboards, and HubSpot for insight and reporting.
Safeguard Scicom’s brand and governance across all digital touchpoints, including Investor Relations and Careers, while ensuring compliance with PDPA, ISO, and global standards.
Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing digital team while managing agency and MarTech vendor relationships.
Partner with clients on digital marketing initiatives, ensuring solutions meet client objectives, deliver measurable ROI, and uphold compliance and industry standards.
Oversee digital risk management, data privacy, vendor continuity, and incident response strategies.
Represent Scicom externally as a senior spokesperson in digital marketing, brand leadership, technology, and industry recognition.
Requirements for the Role :
Degree in Marketing, Business, or Technology; MBA preferred.
15+ years of progressive leadership in global digital marketing, with proven results in driving pipeline contribution (35%+ sourced or influenced by digital).
Deep expertise in SEO / SEM, paid media, CRO, analytics, marketing automation, and MarTech stack integration.
Strong technical fluency to collaborate with engineers and clients on GovTech platforms, AI / ML in customer experience, and digital enterprise solutions.
Track record of leading B2B and B2G marketing in regulated industries.
Strong commercial acumen with the ability to translate marketing activities into measurable revenue impact.
Exceptional leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills with the ability to inspire high-performing teams.
Strategic mindset with resilience, innovation, and the ability to balance growth ambitions with compliance obligations.
