Position Overview

As a QC Assistant, you will be responsible for ensuring product quality throughout the production process – from incoming materials to final delivery. You will assist in inspection activities, prepare quality reports, and ensure compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor and maintain product quality across all production stages.
  • Generate inspection and quality reports for record-keeping purposes.
  • Support the QA department in meeting compliance and certification requirements.
  • Assist in reducing errors within the QC department to improve efficiency.
  • Ensure adherence to ISO 9001 : 2015 quality management standards.

Qualifications

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a QC Assistant, preferably in manufacturing or metal stamping industries.
  • Diploma or Degree in Quality Control, Engineering, or a related field (preferred).
  • Basic knowledge of inspection methods and quality assurance procedures.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings / schematics.
  • Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or in a team environment.
