Every member of TEAM LEWIS can nominate a local cause close to their heart to receive a cash donation. In addition, nominated causes can also benefit from a donation in kind of expertise, time, and resources. In the past year, TEAM LEWIS has donated almost $2million to 445 causes around the world.

Purpose of the Role

The Lead for Video & Motion is a key creative force at TEAM LEWIS, driving the transformation of strategic insights, brand messaging, and creative concepts into powerful visual narratives. This role blends expert post-production, motion design, and storytelling to elevate multimedia content across APAC and global markets. Additionally, the Lead provides hands-on production support, ensuring high-quality filming and seamless post-production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Video Editing & Post-Production
• Edit a wide range of content, including brand films, product videos, corporate communications, interviews, case studies, event highlights, showreels, and social media assets.
• Enhance footage with professional color grading, sound design, and visual effects to ensure cinematic quality.
• Maintain brand consistency and high production standards across all deliverables.
• Motion Graphics & Animation
• Design and integrate dynamic motion graphics, kinetic typography, title sequences, and lower thirds.
• Utilize motion, compositing, and advanced animation techniques to create engaging visuals.
• Develop reusable templates and assets to optimize workflow efficiency.
• In-House Studio & Production Support
• Provide on-set expertise for APAC shoots, including camera operation, lighting, and framing with a DOP's precision.
• Collaborate with producers and directors to ensure footage aligns with post-production needs.
• Oversee studio setups for interviews, product shoots, and promotional content.
• Creative & Strategic Leadership
• Lead brainstorming sessions to develop innovative storytelling approaches for brand campaigns.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in video production, editing techniques, and motion design.
• Adapt quickly to diverse client styles and project requirements.
• Client & Project Management
• Support the planning and execution of creative projects and campaigns, delivering interactive and cutting-edge solutions.
• Assist in client account management, ensuring projects align with objectives and deadlines.
• Cross-Regional Collaboration
• Support EMEA and global projects, ensuring seamless integration of visual content.
• Contribute to new business pitches with high-impact demo reels and concept edits.
• Team Development & Performance
• Ensure personal and team objectives are consistently met.
• Accurately track and report activity levels and timesheets for efficient client workload management.
• Collaborate with line managers to strengthen skills, address weaknesses, and support career growth.
• Participate in TEAM LEWIS training sessions and press briefings to enhance expertise.
• General
• Supports the TEAM LEWIS APAC, local market / operations and account servicing team on ad hoc initiatives and projects
• Takes a proactive role in promoting the TEAM LEWIS brand, its identity, values and work
• Supports the HR / talent team by promoting both internal and external opportunities at TEAM LEWIS across social media and via the referral scheme
• Contributes and supports the continuous improvement of systems, practices and policies
