Job Summary
Manage and grow the categories (plastic, consumables, appliances and cookware category via planning of campaigns, innovative merchandizing ideas and product development proposal)
Develop and educate through various platforms i.e. online, product trainings, field activities etc to reach new consumers and create strong visibility and brand awareness.
Also to execute launches / product workshops, including pre and post launch follow up and activities, and building sellers network.
Develop and implement new creative merchandizing strategies to assist the categories. Direct promotional, merchandise, forecast and pricing related to the products.
Develop product briefs, planner and implement marketing campaigns.
Analyze and identify key sellers, potential areas of growth and implement growth plans.
Identify new category opportunities and monitor market trends to capitalize on opportunities.
Managing inventory & product SKUs, keeping it at a healthy level, proposing clearance plans where needed.
Plan and develop brand or product communication for all touch points (product brochures, campaign catalogue, social media, testimonials and etc) to support the Business Centres and Studios.
Working closely with regional / global counterparts to make sure new products are compliance to the company's guidelines.
Work together with Digital team on the digital merchandizing tools to create brand awareness.
Prepare product factsheets and training material to educate / equip salesforce with relevant product knowledge.
Any other duties assigned from your manager from time to time.
Requirement
Degree in Marketing, Business or related field with 3 years successful product marketing / management.
High energy level, ability to multitask, establish priorities, work independently and the ability to establish credibility and decisive.
Excellent interpersonal relationship skills and to work across functional levels in the organization.
Ability to manage and implement projects, identify, analyze and resolve business issues.
Ability to conceptualize, organize and execute new initiatives.
