We are seeking a motivated PR & Media Analyst to elevate Gentari’s visibility and reputation through strategic media engagement and digital storytelling. Acting as the primary editor for corporate social media, the role combines responsibility for press relations with editorial oversight across social media platforms, ensuring consistent, credible, and measurable impact.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement PR plans that support corporate priorities and market positioning.
- Maintain strong working relationships with the press and internal stakeholders.
- Prepare press releases, statements, briefing notes, and leadership materials.
- Support reputation management by preparing timely holding statements, FAQs, and responses.
Social Media
Serve as lead content editor for Gentari’s corporate social media platforms, ensuring accuracy, professionalism, and strategic alignment.Review content from secondary social media platforms in different markets for alignment.Oversee social media calendars and campaigns, integrating them with broader Brand / PR initiatives.Track and analyse PR and social media performance (coverage, engagement, sentiment), providing actionable insights to refine strategy.Requirements
Passionate about communications with 3–5 years’ experience in corporate PR and / or social media management, preferably in related industries.Fluency in written and spoken English; proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and / or Mandarin is an advantage.Experience in drafting and delivering high-quality communication materials, managing press relations and corporate reputation initiatives.Experience managing corporate social platforms with competency in analytics for monitoring and performance measurement.Collaborative team player with the ability to coordinate across markets, internal stakeholders, and external partners.Adaptable and comfortable working in fast‑paced environments with multiple priorities.#J-18808-Ljbffr
