We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Social Media Executive to join our growing team. This role is client-focused, where you’ll be responsible for ideating, creating, and managing content that drives engagement and results. You will handle end-to-end content production, from brainstorming ideas to shooting and editing videos, tracking performance, and optimizing content for better outcomes.

Key Responsibilities :
Content Creation & Execution :
- Be on camera to explain client product USPs—must be comfortable speaking in videos.
- Plan, film, and edit TikTok videos with strong visual appeal.
- Look for and book external talents when needed for shoots.
- Ensure video content aligns with brand requirements and current TikTok trends.
Production & Logistics :
Coordinate and book shooting locations as needed.Travel to on-site shooting locations—having your own transportation is a must.Handle basic shooting equipment setup, moving props, and ensuring a smooth production process (requires physical stamina) .Strategy & Optimization :
Research and propose creative TikTok content ideas.Stay updated with TikTok trends and audience behavior to create timely and relevant content that resonates with the target audience.Monitor performance metrics and suggest content optimizations.Engage with audiences through comments, duets, and stitch content.Content Management & Performance Tracking
Ensure consistent posting schedules across platforms based on the content calendar.Keep track of key performance metrics (engagement, reach, views) and make data-driven recommendations to improve content strategy.Prepare a monthly performance report with detailed insights and next steps for improvement.Running Ads & Boosting Content
Set up and manage ads for posted content, ensuring budget and targeting align with client goals.Monitor ad performance, adjust as necessary, and report on results.Client Communication & Feedback
