Job Summary : We are seeking a highly creative and talented Graphic Designer to join our dynamic travel company. As a Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for creating visually stunning and engaging designs that capture the essence of our brand and effectively communicate our travel offerings & teambuilding activities to our customers. Your designs will play a crucial role in shaping our marketing campaigns, website, social media presence, and various print materials. Responsibilities :

• Design and develop visually appealing and on-brand graphics, illustrations, layouts, and templates for various digital and print materials, including brochures, flyers, banners, social media graphics, website assets, and advertisements.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project objectives, target audience, and messaging to ensure designs align with marketing strategies and goals.
• Create compelling and innovative designs that effectively communicate the unique features, benefits, and experiences associated with our travel packages, destinations, and services.
• Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all marketing materials and platforms.
• Stay updated with industry trends, design best practices, and emerging technologies to continually enhance the quality and creativity of our designs.
• Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet project deadlines.
• Review and provide constructive feedback on design concepts, layouts, and final artwork.
• Ensure all designs are optimized for different platforms and formats, considering responsive design principles and usability.
• Maintain an organized library of design assets, including stock photos, illustrations, and templates, for easy access and reuse.
