Penerangan pekerjaanMaster’s Degree in Multimedia, Fine Art, Digital Media, Visual Communication, Animation, Graphic Design, or a related field (PhD is an added advantage). Teaching experience at Foundation, Diploma, or Degree level is preferred. Industry or studio experience in fine art, multimedia, or creative content is an advantage. Proficiency in relevant software and tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, video editing applications, digital design platforms). Strong communication and presentation abilities. Ability to manage classes, studios, and engage students effectively. Good organizational and time management skills.
Responsibilities
- Conduct lectures, tutorials, workshops, studio sessions, and practical classes in multimedia and fine art subjects.
- Develop teaching materials, lesson plans, studio modules, digital resources, and assessments.
- Supervise student projects, studio work, assignments, and creative portfolios.
- Prepare, conduct, and evaluate examinations, critiques, and assessments.
- Provide academic guidance, mentoring, and consultation to students.
- Participate in curriculum review, enhancement, and programme development.
- Maintain student records for attendance, grading, and academic progress.
- Contribute to academic meetings, programme coordination, and institutional quality assurance.
- Participate in exhibitions, showcases, marketing, outreach activities, and student recruitment when required.
