  • Responsible for the user experience (UX) process design of company products, including generating key design solutions from designing experience strategies to UX / UI.
  • Analyze user feedback, competitor products, and market trends to identify the improvement part.
  • Create visually appealing and cohesive UI designs, ensuring a consistent brand look and feel across all platforms.
  • Iterate on prototypes based on management feedback and usability testing sessions, refining the design for optimal user experience.
  • Plan and conduct usability testing sessions with real users to identify friction points and gather actionable insights.
  • Design intuitive user flows that guide users through tasks efficiently, and enhance user satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Possess Diploma / Degree in Design, Graphic Design, or a related field. Equivalent experience may also be considered.
  • At least 1 year and above UI / UX Designer experience are preferable.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch.
  • Web & mobile responsive frontend development with bootstrap framework, HTML5, CSS, jQuery.
  • Well versed with design principles and color theories, fonts and layouts.
  • Experience with information architecture and user flow design.
  • Abilities in creating responsive designs for web and mobile applications.
  • Knowledge of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS) is a plus.
  • Able to complete the date within deadlines.
  • Motion graphics skills is added advantages.
  • Good communication and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align design goals and ensure smoothimplementation.
