Job Objective : Accept and record air freight, cost estimation, contact with airlines and / or shippers, arranging transport, service and maintain customers, Frequent and regular customer contact by telephone.
Responsibilities : Develop and maintain relationships with overseas agents, airlines and customers Training and management of export / import team towards maximum performance and Job satisfaction Rate negotiations with airlines and suppliers Tally check Invoices against GP Job Iisting Maintain quality standards for operational export / import procedures and improve them where necessary Work towards on meeting customs rules and regulations Master the export / import process, actively and support provided to the team Customer service to the clients, liaison with specific customers to maintain customer base Establish and maintain a good working relationship with suppliers Contribute to development of team Assure timely billing as per company policy Develop, review, maintain & implement of ISO Procedure for Air Freight, Penang Branch Responsible for customer contacts, follow up contacts per telephone and visits Liaison with all customer for any queries Assist in preparation of quotation Arrange collections and deliveries Assure timely billing as per company policy Assist in Account Receivables
