The Operation teams at Shopee covers the operational end-to-end process, from when the buyer searches for a product listed on the Shopee platform, to the moment the buyer receives the products. The team analyses and monitors operational KPIs across the region and conducts root cause analysis when operation performance fluctuates. The Operations team comprises Customer Service, Payment, Listings, Warehouse, Logistics, Seller Operations and Fraud.
Job Description :
- Source and identify suitable sites for BSC Locker installations. Submit site proposals for management review and consideration.
- Act as the liaison between the management office / leasing team, landlords, and Lawyers. Ensure timely follow-ups when required.
- Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies to ensure the site is appropriate for locker placement.
- Attend site visits with contractors to generate a bill of quantities for quotations based on site requirements.
- Prepare Letter of Offer (LOO) and tenancy / license agreements in collaboration with the Legal team, and negotiate terms and conditions with stakeholders
Requirements :
Diploma or Degree in Property Management, Real Estate Management, Facility Management, or equivalent, with 1–3 years of relevant experience (Experiences in Retail / Commercial Leasing or equivalent is an additional advantage).Basic understanding of property management and real estate practices.Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.Preferably has a good understanding of tenancy and license agreements.Strong relationship-building and stakeholder management skillsExcellent communication skills to interact with team members and external vendors.Working location : Primarily based in Menara Southpoint, Mid ValleyHas own transportation and willing to travel outstation when required
