Global Learning & Development Program Manager

Overview

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Global Learning & Development (L&D) Program Manager within Manufacturing Operations to design, implement, and manage training programs that align with our global manufacturing operational goals and business objectives. This individual will work closely with senior leadership and key stakeholders to assess training needs, develop tailored programs, and drive continuous improvement across global manufacturing sites.

Responsibilities

• Design and Implement L&D Programs : Lead the design, development, and implementation of learning and development programs that support global manufacturing operations.
• Ensure all programs are tailored to meet operational goals, improve safety, quality and enhance performance across global manufacturing sites.
• Collaborate with Leadership and Stakeholders : Partner with senior leadership and key stakeholders to assess training needs and identify skill gaps in manufacturing teams.
• Develop and deliver targeted L&D solutions that address identified needs and drive operational efficiency across the organization.
• Adapt Global Programs to Regional Needs : Work closely with local manufacturing teams to adapt global learning programs to meet specific regional needs and operational challenges.
• Ensure that local adaptations are in line with corporate objectives, ensuring consistency and alignment across all manufacturing sites.
• Continuous Improvement and Employee Engagement : Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement by regularly evaluating the effectiveness of training programs and making adjustments as needed.
• Use feedback and performance metrics to refine and enhance learning strategies, ensuring ongoing employee engagement and skills development.
• Measure and Report Program Effectiveness : Track and measure the success of learning programs through key performance indicators (KPIs) such as improved productivity and quality, reduced safety incidents, and enhanced employee satisfaction.
• Provide regular reports and insights to senior leadership regarding the impact of L&D initiatives on business objectives and operational performance.
