Senior Associate / Associate - Integrated Management System (IMS), Corporate HSE
Responsible for the development and implementation of Integrated Management System (IMS) – ISO45001, ISO14001, including policies, strategies, procedures, trainings, implementation, monitoring, and reporting. Coordinate internal audit, responsible for preparation of external audit.
Key Accountabilities
- Coordinate and conduct internal audit and evaluate different areas and processes of the company to monitor compliance to OSHMS & EMS, existing policies and procedures of the company.
- Compile and track audit findings and closure status for ABMS, ISMS & QMS.
- Update and maintain Standard Operating Procedure in compliance to latest OSHMS & EMS LORCO.
- Promote awareness to all individual of the organization on the IMS standards and other existing policies and procedures through trainings and presentation.
- Prepare Standard Operating Procedure and other system requirement in consultation with various departments, recommend improvement to existing procedures and standardize forms used in preparation to and as a requirement for system certification.
- Assist in drawing up strategies and action plan to attain objective and effectively implement the formulated corrective and preventive actions.
- To execute other task pertaining to HSE development assign by immediate superior.
Qualifications, Skills & Knowledge
Minimum Bachelor's Degree.ISO Internal Audit, preferably Lead Auditor certificate.Minimum 1 year working experience. Fresh graduate is encouraged to apply.Knowledgeable in safety and IMS related regulations.Technical report writing skills.#J-18808-Ljbffr
