Position Overview

The Talent Acquisition (TA) Partner is responsible for managing the full-cycle recruitment process to attract and hire top talent across Vantage. This individual will focus on the interview process intentionally seeking a diversity of candidates. The TA Partner will use our values and strive for greatness to guide and develop the next generation of employees to empower Vantage Data Centers to continue to succeed in achieving its mission and vision. This individual may be asked to assist the Global HR team with additional projects.

Essential Job Functions

• Full-Cycle Recruitment :

Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection while creating a lasting and impactful candidate experience.

Utilize various sourcing methods such as job boards, social media, networking, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.

Conduct initial preliminary screenings and coordinate in-person or virtual interviews with hiring managers.

Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

Promote the company's employer brand through various channels, including social media, career fairs, and networking events.

Partner with HR team members to ensure a cohesive and efficient talent acquisition process.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS).

Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and new recruitment tools and technologies.

Job Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field; or relevant experience.

Minimum 5 years of experience in Recruiting required.

Strong knowledge of Applicant Tracking System(s)
