Ricksoft, Inc. is hiring a Marketing Specialist who can help elevate our digital presence and drive impactful marketing outcomes across multiple channels.
This is a full-time, work-from-home position. Our marketing team and external partners are primarily based in Asia, so candidates located in Asian time zones are preferred for better collaboration and communication.
What You’ll Do
Manage Digital Marketing Channels
- Work with agency partners to plan and execute campaigns, with opportunities to expand in-house capabilities over time
- Optimize SEO for Google and AI-driven search platforms
- Grow and optimize our YouTube channel (video and channel strategy)
Campaign & Event Support
Provide digital marketing support for events and campaignsPerformance Analysis
Monitor, analyze, and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing activities using analytics tools; provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve ROI and achieve KPIs.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Customer Support, Design, etc.) to align marketing initiatives with business objectives and ensure consistent messaging across all channels.Create engaging, SEO-friendly content for web and social mediaOther Responsibilities
Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices to ensure Ricksoft remains competitive and innovative in its marketing approach.Assist with other marketing-related tasks and projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager.Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field preferredTechnical proficiency with MS Office, Google Suite, and marketing toolsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsSelf-starter with a start-up mentality, able to multi-task and work independentlyCreative, collaborative, and passionate about digital marketingProven experience running and optimizing digital ad campaigns in Google AdsHands-on experience with email automations and campaign management in ActiveCampaignStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and provide insightsKnowledge of the Atlassian ecosystem or prior experience in B2B SaaS / technology marketingDesign and content creation skills (e.g., Canva, basic copywriting)Familiarity with SEO best practices and YouTube content optimizationFamiliarity with AI-assisted marketing and content creation tools is considered a plusIf you’re excited about shaping Ricksoft’s marketing future, send us your resume or reach out directly here on LinkedIn.
