Objective To lead and manage the procurement of indirect materials and services essential to F&B operations, including packaging, kitchen equipment, marketing materials, maintenance services and office supplies. The role ensures cost efficiency, supplier reliability, and timely delivery to support business growth and operational excellence.
Position Responsibilities
- Manage the procurement of indirect materials and services that support outlets and head office operations.
- Develop category sourcing strategies (packaging, uniforms, cleaning services, kitchen equipment, marketing) to optimize supplier performance and cost efficiency.
- Negotiate contracts and SLAs with suppliers to ensure quality and timely delivery
- Drive procurement KPIs including cost savings, supplier service levels, contract compliance, and on-time delivery.
- Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and F&B industry standards
- Work closely with outlet operations, marketing, and finance teams to align sourcing with business needs.
- Maintain accurate procurement data, purchase records and vendor performance reports in the system.
- Conduct supplier evaluation, audits and risk management to ensure business continuity.
- Lead initiatives to streamline procurement processes.
- Support new outlet openings by sourcing and ensuring timely delivery of required materials and services.
