Job Responsibilities
Focus on the Malaysian government and enterprise market, proactively develop customers for the intelligent computing business, connect with customers through phone calls, visits, industry exhibitions, etc., and identify computing power needs (e.g., AI training, data processing, smart city support).
Participate in business negotiations and demand confirmation, introduce the advantages of the center's computing power products (IaaS / PaaS / MaaS) to customers, answer questions, promote customers to reach cooperation intentions, and sign project contracts.
Support the markets of Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia and other countries in the Asia-Pacific region, assist local business units in business opportunity connection, share customer resources and development experience, and promote regional collaborative development.
Be responsible for the project initiation process after contract signing, coordinate internal resources (e.g., technology, delivery teams) to carry out pre-project preparation (e.g., demand confirmation, plan refinement) to ensure the rapid launch of the project.
Maintain customer relationships, conduct regular return visits to customers, understand usage feedback, and identify repurchase or referral opportunities; collect market competitor information and changes in customer needs, and feed back to the team to optimize development strategies.
Take the lead in formulating regional development strategies, guide intermediate-level development personnel to carry out work, and participate in major customer negotiations and strategic cooperation implementation.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree or above, majoring in marketing, computer network, electronic information, languages or related fields.
More than 3 years of business development experience, including at least 1 year of experience in intelligent computing, cloud computing or AI industry; with successful contract signing cases; experience in technology industry or B2B customer development, and understanding of intelligent computing business is preferred.
Excellent customer development and business negotiation capabilities; able to quickly establish customer trust, accurately grasp customer needs and match products.
Familiar with the market environment, policies and regulations, and industry trends in the Asia-Pacific region, especially in Malaysia; those with Chinese-funded enterprise customer resources are preferred.
Fluent in English; able to independently conduct English business communication and negotiations; fluent in Malay is preferred (higher priority for senior positions).
Strong pressure resistance, initiative, and result-oriented thinking; able to adapt to frequent business trips for customer visits.
