Project Team Lead – MCC Label

We are seeking an experienced project leader who can oversee project planning, execution, and continuous improvement within a hybrid working arrangement.

Job Responsibilities

• Contribute to project planning, maintain and monitor project schedules.
• Assist in organizing project meetings, including scheduling, preparing presentation materials, documenting meeting minutes, and following up on actions.
• Prepare and distribute project communications, reports and presentations.
• Perform testing of configured solutions.
• Support data collection and cleansing, and validate data setup / data load in production deployment.
• Generate reports and dashboards to track project progress and performance metrics.
• Prepare and maintain project documentation, files and records in an organized and accessible manner.
• Coordinate resources and facilitate effective collaboration and communication among project team members.
• Collect, analyze and interpret data to identify patterns and insights relevant to project objectives and outcomes.
• Undertake other project tasks as required.
• Contribute ideas for project improvement and optimization.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of positive change in the Project function.
• Leverage technology to implement cost‑neutral process enhancements.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the Team Manager.
