What you’ll achieve

As a Quality Assurance Engineer, you will be responsible to drive quality metrics and monitor the effectiveness of our QA processes. You will work with cross‑functional teams, including Engineering and Operations, to develop quality control policies and evaluate production limitations, ensuring our products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance.

You will :

• Drive Quality Metrics : Monitor and analyze quality metrics to track the effectiveness of QA processes and drive continuous improvement.
• Perform Inspections and Testing : Conduct thorough inspections and quality assurance testing on finished products.
• Develop Quality Control Process : Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create and implement effective quality control process.
• Support New Product Introductions : Work closely with Engineering and Operations teams to ensure quality standards are met during new product introductions.
• Technical Skills : Proficiency in quality management systems (QMS), validation techniques, and statistical analysis.
