We’re looking for a passionate and skilled Senior ERP Developer to join our newly established Offshore Development Center (ODC) in Malaysia , supporting our fast-growing regional F&B group across Southeast Asia .

As part of our pilot team, you’ll play a key role in shaping the ERP foundation for the business, working closely with a dedicated and supportive ERP team based in Singapore and Hong Kong. What You’ll Do

Lead the technical design, customization, and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365FO).

Collaborate with cross‑functional teams across Malaysia, Singapore, and Hong Kong to deliver ERP solutions that support regional business operations.

Maintain system environments, ensure data accuracy, and continuously improve ERP performance and usability.

Mentor junior developers and uphold high standards in code quality, documentation, and testing.

Partner with business users to translate functional requirements into effective technical solutions.

What We’re Looking For

Experience & Background

5–8 years of ERP development experience, with strong expertise in Microsoft D365FO (formerly Dynamics AX).

Proven success in at least two full‑cycle D365FO implementations .

Experience in regional or multi‑country projects , ideally within F&B, retail, or supply chain sectors .

Background from consulting firms (e.g., Avanade, DXC, Hitachi Solutions) or in‑house ERP teams in MNC / startup settings .

Technical Skills

Strong command of X++ development and customization best practices.

Proficient in SQL Server (views, stored procedures, security roles).

Experienced with data migration, REST / OData integration , and DevOps pipelines (Dev / UAT / Prod) .

Familiar with Azure services and Power Platform (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate) — a strong plus.

Soft Skills

Analytical, detail‑oriented, and solution‑driven.

Great communicator who enjoys collaborating across cultures and markets.

Independent yet team‑oriented — thrives in a fast‑paced, startup environment with regional collaboration.

Microsoft Certified : D365FO Developer or equivalent certification (preferred but not mandatory).
