About The Company

Our client is a mnc within the financial services industry.

About The Role

They are currently looking for an Office Manager to join the team. Your responsibilities include but not limited to the following areas : -

  • Oversees daily office operations, including managing supplies, pantry items, and budgets, while ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
  • Acts as the primary contact for office-related matters, and assists with the logistical aspects of employee onboarding, offboarding, and company events.
  • Liaises with building management and service providers to handle maintenance, repairs, security systems, and to negotiate service contracts.
  • Prepares reports on office operations and expenditures to track costs and measure efficiency.
  • Supports the planning and execution of local ESG (Environment, Social, and Governance) activities, and encourages employee engagement in these initiatives.

About The Manager / team

Reporting to the Associate Operations Director, you will be working as a sole contributor.

Skills & Experience Required

To be the ideal candidate for this role, you will come with at least 5 years of relevant experience. You have good communication, collaboration skills, ability to work independently as well as in a team, and a sense of urgency and ability to prioritise. Is that you?
