Agency operation executive

What You'll Be Doing :

• Work closely with the Agency team to ensure smooth and efficient handling of port calls.
• Respond to customer queries quickly and follow up to ensure their needs are met.
• Manage vessel appointments to avoid any delays.
• Handle advance funding accurately, ensuring pre-funding is in place or that exceptions are approved.
• Monitor ongoing port calls, adjust to changes as needed, and ensure procedures follow internal SOPs.
• Keep detailed records of all port call expenses to maintain transparency and accountability.
• Support regional port calls by coordinating with the Operations team to meet or exceed customer expectations.
• Recommend improvements to existing processes for better efficiency, productivity, or cost savings.
• Handle customer complaints or issues of non-compliance, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Participate in business reviews and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders.
• Ensure proper documentation and timely submission of invoices and monthly reports to HQ.
• Assist to handle the operation of Malaysia Woodpulp Distribution Center
• Other duties as assigned.
