Your future employer is a company involved in the design and construction management of fast-track industrial projects within Malaysia. They are currently seeking experienced BIM professionals to join their team for a newly acquired semiconductor project.

about the job

• Collaborate with the BIM Manager to facilitate BIM information exchange and technical coordination among the project team, client, external consultants, and contractors.
• Assist in establishing the BIM project setup and develop technical administration protocols aligned with company and client standards.
• Coordinate with BIM teams across disciplines to ensure timely completion of models for scheduled BIM coordination meetings.
• Prepare and compile technical coordination models for clash detection and other BIM-related tasks.
• Maintain and monitor BIM models to ensure they are functional and compliant with standards.
• Support the project team by troubleshooting BIM issues and providing guidance on best practices.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to plan and develop project deliverables.
• Provide BIM support to the project team as needed.
• Participate in office-wide BIM workshops and knowledge-sharing sessions.
