Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with minimum of 4 years of customer engagement experience including 2 years of experience in IB Management or Data Management or similar
ITIL Foundation, and HAM / SAM are good to have
A good level of English; advanced Language support depending on the country supported
Educational Qualification : Educated to university degree level.
Experience : Min 3 to 4 years of customer-facing experience working within a contact centre, operations, Renewals and deal management activities
Experience in IT Companies is a plus
