About the role

As a Storekeeper at YS YAT SHING ENGINEERING WORKS SDN BHD, you will play a crucial role in maintaining efficient inventory management and stock control processes within our warehousing and distribution operations. This full-time position is based in Puchong, Selangor.

What you'll be doing

Receiving, inspecting and logging incoming materials, equipment and supplies
Accurately storing and organising inventory in the warehouse
Performing regular stock counts and reconciliations
Picking, packing and dispatching orders to meet customer requirements
Maintaining detailed records and documentation of all inventory transactions
Identifying and reporting any discrepancies, damage or shortages
Supporting the wider logistics team as needed

What we're looking for

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Storekeeper or in a similar warehousing / logistics role

Strong numerical and administrative skills, with excellent attention to detail

Proficient in using inventory management systems and MS Office applications

Ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team

Good communication and problem-solving skills

Knowledge of warehouse operations and safety procedures
