Overview
We are seeking a full‑time Data & DevOps Support Analyst to provide proactive early‑morning operational coverage and data analysis for our U.S. leadership team. This role combines hands‑on DevOps monitoring with data engineering and analytical reporting responsibilities. The ideal candidate has strong technical acumen, experience with cloud environments, and the ability to independently manage alerts and incidents.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor overnight alerts, emails, and dashboards (e.g., Datadog) to identify, triage, and elevate incidents in line with SLA targets.
- Communicate effectively with development and operations teams to ensure timely resolution of critical issues.
- Track and report on tickets that violate SLA for coordinating status updates to leadership.
- Perform DevOps tasks including server monitoring, patching, and system maintenance on AWS EC2, RDS, Linux, and Windows Server environments.
- Analyze, process, and validate SQL input and output from Snowflake, RDS, and other cloud sources.
- Build, document, and maintain Power BI dashboards and complex Excel reports to support business and operational metrics.
- Contribute to the maintenance and enhancement of internal scripts and automation tools.
- Document processes, recurring issues, and code changes to strengthen operational reliability.
Important Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related discipline (or equivalent experience).2–5 years of experience in a data analysis, DevOps, or technical support role.Familiarity with common AWS services and general Linux / Windows Server administration.Working knowledge of Datadog or similar monitoring tools.Strong SQL skills and experience with Power BI, Excel, and Snowflake or similar cloud data platforms.Familiarity with at least one common programming language such as Python, JavaScript, or Bash scripting.Excellent problem‑solving, prioritization, and communication skills.Occasional work autonomously outside regular hours and coordinate with global teams.Preferred
Experience with CI / CD pipelines and version control systems (Git).Exposure to data modeling and ETL workflows.Prior experience in an operations‑driven or SLA‑bound environment.#J-18808-Ljbffr
