About The Role

The Sales & Marketing Coordinator provides essential administrative and operational support to the Sales & Marketing team. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth communication with clients, assisting in marketing initiatives, preparing reports, and coordinating activities that contribute to achieving the department’s goals.

What You Will Do

  • Handle the preparation, issuance, and mailing of contracts and marketing materials to travel trade partners in coordination with the Conference & Events Manager and Director of Sales & Marketing.
  • Ensure all signed contracts are properly filed, with copies distributed to the Reservations Department and other relevant departments.
  • Assist in the coordination of group bookings, incentive travel programs, and conference‑related arrangements to ensure seamless communication between departments.
  • Ability to prepare and generate group resumes and Banquet Event Orders.
  • Assists the Conference & Events Manager in the planning and coordination of Pre Con meetings on property and coordinates with the respective operational departments.
  • Conducts site inspections (property tour) for trade partners and other interested parties and hosts meal / drinks where appropriate.

What You Bring

  • Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Hospitality, or a related field.
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Administrative role (hospitality experience preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer‑focused mindset.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with design or CRM tools is an advantage.
  • Creative, proactive, and detail‑oriented with the ability to work under minimal supervision.
