Responsibilities :
- Assist the Manager in the overall management of the business office
- To oversee the operation of the business office counters including all services for registration, billing, pre & post admission and discharge
- To monitor billing list, operation theatre queue list and sufficient deposit or deposit top have been collected
- To ensure accurate refund and billing and responsible for reconciliation before the submission to credit control department
- In charge of collections of all the business office counters and responsible for the counter variance record
- In charge of the bank in of the daily collections and liaise with finance department
- Oversee the process of the medical insurance claim to obtain the final guarantee letter
- Assess and resolve all medical insurance queries
- Liaise with corporate and insurance companies for all related matters
- Liaise with patients, consultants and agents pertaining to the medical insurance claims
- Oversee the billing and collection of the corporate, insurance and self-payer bills
- Other job-related duties as assigned by the Head of Department
Requirements :
Minimum SPM, pass in English and MathematicProficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; proficiency in Mandarin is a plusPreferably with supervisory role experienceExperience in the healthcare industry is preferredComputer literate and able to work shifts if neededBenefits :
