As Product Lead, AI, you’ll work directly with the Founder and senior leadership to translate bold ideas into real-world execution, and execution into measurable business impact. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on product leader from Korea to shape and scale AI initiatives across a rapidly growing regional platform. This is not a strategy-only position. Why This Role Matters Turn the CEO’s AI vision into clear, actionable product roadmaps. Drive execution of AI and automation initiatives company-wide. Act as the coordination hub for all AI-enabled projects. Solve complex product and operational problems with speed and structure. Scale the business by embedding AI into core processes. Your Key Responsibilities AI Product Strategy & Delivery Partner with the CEO and leadership to define and deliver AI initiatives and OKRs. Own end-to-end execution of AI / tech projects — from planning to launch. Identify process gaps and implement AI / automation solutions that enable scale. Hands-on Project Implementation Roll up your sleeves to design, test, and deploy AI-driven workflows and tools. Integrate AI systems seamlessly into existing company processes. Collaborate with engineering, product, and operations teams to deliver measurable impact. Cross-Functional Leadership & Alignment Coordinate AI initiatives across multiple departments to maintain clarity and momentum. Facilitate discussions, decision forums, and workshops to move projects forward. Partner with department heads to surface blockers and drive solutions quickly. Product Ownership Take ownership of AI-related projects that don’t have a clear “home.” Lead pilot programs and new initiatives from ideation through execution. Build scalable systems, dashboards, and processes to support long-term AI adoption. You’ll Thrive in This Role If You… Take deep ownership and treat the company’s mission as your own. What You Bring ~5 years of experience in product management, engineering, or cross-functional leadership in a high-growth environment. A proven track record of hands-on project delivery in tech / AI / digital systems. Strong technical foundation in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (preferred). Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to turn vision into execution. Experience working closely with executive teams on high-stakes initiatives. Mature judgment and strong communication in complex or high-pressure situations. Bonus : Experience in fintech, AI platforms, or founder-led companies. Location : Based in Korea (remote), collaborating with regional teams across Southeast Asia.
