Lead UX design for web and mobile products, ensuring usability, accessibility, and scalability. Collaborate with Product Owners, engineers, and stakeholders to translate complex financial workflows into intuitive user journeys. Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas and ensure high-quality implementation. Maintain a consistent brand and design system across all digital touchpoints. What You’ll Bring (Qualifications)

5+ years of UX / UI design experience (Fintech / CFD / FX industry experience preferred). Proficiency in Figma or equivalent design tools. A strong portfolio showcasing complex platform design (trading systems, financial dashboards, or portals). Experience in motion design and micro-interactions; familiarity with After Effects or Lottie is a plus. Proficiency in leveraging AI-powered design tools to enhance efficiency and creativity. Experience with responsive and adaptive design for web and mobile. Strong collaboration skills and ability to thrive in a remote, cross-functional environment. Your X-Factor
