Responsibilities

• Gather and analyze user requirements independently, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
• Prepare functional specifications and support the entire development lifecycle, including SIT, UAT, and release phases.
• Deliver development tasks on time and independently.
• Work closely with the technical team to ensure proper implementation of business requirements.
• Maintain strong communication with users and stakeholders, particularly during onsite engagements.
• Support project management activities, including timeline tracking and issue resolution.
• Prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Ensure user experience and needs are consistently prioritized.
• Perform other related tasks and assignments as required.
