Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a comprehensive Safety and Health Management System (SHMS) to mitigate risks and ensure a safe working environment.
- Conduct regular safety audits, inspections, and assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions.
- Design and deliver safety training programs for employees at all levels.
- Investigate accidents, incidents, and near misses, and formulate strategies to prevent recurrence.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of safety regulations and ensure compliance with local, regional, and national standards.
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field.Possess a valid Safety & Health Officer (SHO) Competency License registered with DOSH / JKKP.- Green book.Proven experience in safety and health management within the transportation industry.Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and best practices.Strong communication and training skills.Certification in Occupational Health and Safety is desirable.Job Types : Full-time, Contract
